These terms apply to proposals, agreements and services provided by Adminyra unless different written terms have been agreed.

Project scope, deliverables, planning, responsibilities and pricing are defined in the proposal or agreement. New functionality outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
3. Customer input
The customer is responsible for timely and accurate content, access credentials, approvals and other information required for delivery.
4. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment providers, email services, external APIs and other third-party services can have separate terms and costs.
5. Intellectual property
Project-specific content and agreed deliverables are handled as described in the proposal. Reusable Adminyra platform code, libraries and generic technical components remain part of Adminyra's technical platform unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Liability and continuity
Adminyra aims for reliable production systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks and services. Specific liability arrangements may be defined in the relevant agreement.
7. Governing framework
Adminyra is established in the Netherlands. Any contract-specific governing-law or jurisdiction provisions are stated in the relevant agreement where necessary for cross-border work.
